The Realtors' Web site features a search engine with access to the Realtors’ current listings of single-family homes, condos and co-ops. (Note that local Realtors' Web site usually means Washtenaw County when they say "Ann Arbor Area".) Individual sales are not identified and sales stats are broken down only by zip code. They do not include information about FSBOs (For Sale by Owner) nor do they include most new construction.
