Contour Maps
Contour maps make it easy to survey the topography of Ann Arbor's residential property values. They combine hundreds of home sales to reveal patterns that are otherwise difficult to visualize.
The contours (isovalents) are derived from the information posted on our Home Sales Maps as well as sales not previously published. The location of new construction is carefully approximated. Read the contours as a reflection only of the properties that sold between 2003 and 2005 and not as an appraisal.
Adobe’s Acrobat Reader is required in order to open and view these maps. The Reader is available without charge at www.adobe.com.
